Terms & Conditions RTM1 – A Complete Guide to Using Malaysia's Premier Entertainment Platform

Welcome to the rtm1 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rtm1 website, mobile application, games, and all services provided by rtm1 in Malaysia ("Services"). By accessing or using any part of the rtm1 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.

To register and use the rtm1 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout the duration of use of the rtm1 Service.
• Is an individual acting on your own behalf – not on behalf of a business entity or any other third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals excluded from gambling (including self-exclusions applied through rtm1 or the relevant authority).
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Using accurate, up-to-date personal information that belongs to you during the registration process.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one rtm1 account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances and winnings without compensation.

RTM1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents that may be required include a Malaysian identity card, banking documents or proof of current address. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Once your rtm1 account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. The following are key responsibilities you must adhere to:

RTM1 accepts deposits via a range of legitimate and widely used payment methods in Malaysia. All supported payment methods are as follows:

All deposits into your rtm1 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. RTM1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from an unauthorised source or one that does not match the member's name will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending further investigation.

RTM1 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on any member based on account risk, compliance requirements, or instructions from payment providers. Affected members will be notified of any such limits through the appropriate communication channels.

RTM1 is committed to processing member winnings withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The terms governing withdrawals are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements specified for each applicable bonus before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the member's rtm1 account.
• Members who have not completed KYC verification are subject to a cumulative withdrawal limit. Full KYC verification enables access to higher withdrawal limits.

RTM1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review, identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity. • Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one rtm1 account under any circumstances.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending on rtm1.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit to ensure you play within your financial means.
• Session Time Limit: Set session time limits to prevent excessive use of the platform.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from the rtm1 platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, based on your needs.

• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third parties that are not under the direct control of rtm1.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the rtm1 platform for entertainment purposes only.

However, these liability limitations do not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. RTM1 is committed to minimising service disruptions and will provide reasonable compensation to affected members where the disruption is caused by an error on rtm1's part.

RTM1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or indications of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Persistent failure to submit the required identity verification documents.
• Self-exclusion requested by the member themselves.

Members may also close their rtm1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Valid balances in accounts closed at a member's own request (and not due to a terms violation) will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable rollover requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rtm1 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step One – Contact RTM1 Support: Please submit your complaint to the rtm1 support team via Live Chat or email. We are committed to investigating all complaints within 48 business hours.
• Step Two – Escalation to Management: If a resolution cannot be reached at the support level, you may request that your complaint be escalated to rtm1 management for review and a final decision.
• Step Three – Independent Arbitration: In cases where an internal resolution is unsatisfactory, the dispute may be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
